Dr. Manuel C. Bedoya
Dentist – DMD
I knew in the 5th grade that I wanted to be a dentist. Born and raised in Tucson, I went to high school at Tucson High where I excelled in academics and sports, and won the wrestling state championship in 1968. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona and went on to receive my DMD from the College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. I have been practicing in the “Old Pueblo” for more than 44 years, and am truly blessed to be respected by my peers and the local community. I have always operated with integrity, professionalism and dedication and am proud to have a great team by my side who work hard to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for my patients. I love my family and am passionate about my work! I love being a dentist and the opportunity it permits me to serve this community I grew up in and love. I have served on the Hispanic Advisory Committee for the athletic department at the University of Arizona, on the Board of Trustees for A.T. Still University of Health Sciences and am a Founding Member of A.T. Still University Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. People often ask me, “when are you going to retire, Dr. Bedoya?” I always tell them that I will continue to work as long as the Good Lord allows me to. My wife Marisela and I raised three wonderful children; 2 sons and a daughter. My sons help me with the business and my daughter is a successful orthodontist.
Dr. Daniel Rosales
Dentist – DMD
I realized in junior high school all I ever wanted to be when I grew up was a dentist. It wasn’t the most popular career choice but I couldn’t wait to finally achieve my dreams!
After finishing high school I enrolled at the University of Arizona, where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology. I received my DMD from Harvard School of Dental Medicine and stayed in Brocton, Massachusetts to complete my residency and follow my dreams.
I have been a dentist for 17 years, and have practiced here in Tucson for over 12 years. I truly love practicing dentistry, especially when I can bring a level of comfort to patients who are frightened. I am known as a gentle and patient dentist who is always smiling!

Amy Fenwick
I graduated from Pima Community College Dental Hygiene program and have been a dental hygienist for 19 years. My entire career has been spent at Dedicated Dental because I love the people I work with and the amazing patients I get to help every day. I am happy to have such incredible relationships with each of my patients and I take pride in being able to provide quality dental care for each and every person I treat.
I am a member of the Arizona Dental Association, and am laser certified through Phoenix College.
When I am not working, I enjoy baking, ceramics, photography and spending time with my pets.
Cinthya Juarez
I love to serve and help people. I believe in leading patients to success with knowledge and helping them save money. And, most importantly, helping them obtain healthy gums and teeth so they can be proud of their smiles! So it should be no surprise that I have deeply enjoyed my job as a dental hygienist for the past 11 years.
My patients describe me as friendly, outgoing and kind with a sense of humor. In my free time, I enjoy exercising.
Monica Gallaher
I am focused on providing exceptional patient education and care. I am privileged and grateful to provide these services in private practice at Dedicated Dental as well as through regular community service.
I graduated from Pima Community College in 1995 as a Registered Dental Hygienist and also hold a Dental Laser Certification from Phoenix College. I have over 41 years of dental experience. I also received Intensive Interactive Special Needs Training by the American Dental Association through the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
I enjoy participating in community events that bring awareness to mental and physical health. I also enjoy hiking, biking, cooking, gardening and attending different professional baseball games each year. My favorite past time is spent with my granddaughters, Madelynn and Melina.
Gale Gutierrez
I graduated from Pueblo High School (Go Warriors), and have enjoyed living in Tucson for most of my life.
I started working at Dedicated Dental in 1992, but have been working with Dr. Bedoya for over 35 years! I am currently the Office Manager and love getting to meet our patients and work with our awesome doctors and staff. It’s been an incredible journey with a company that has so much pride in their work!
I have 1 daughter and 3 granddaughters. I enjoy camping, dancing and spending time with all my girls.
Monique Brandenburg
I enjoy long walks on the beach, roses and picnics…. Just kidding! I don’t like any of that stuff!!! I live nowhere near the beach, not a fan of flowers (I have allergies) and it’s definitely too hot for picnics! BUT I do have a love for books and DIY projects. I also love to laugh and make others laugh.
I was born and raised in Tucson, and I have a loving husband and three amazing daughters. I’m a graduate of Cholla High School and started working at Dedicated Dental in 1998 through the DECA program. I currently work in the Business Office coordinating benefits with insurance companies, data entry and I also help in the front office when needed. I have over 21 years of experience in the dental field and am always eager to interact with our patients and assist in helping them have all their dental needs met!
Teresa Duarte
I have been a proud member of the dental profession for over 31 years. I earned my dental assistant certification from Pima Medical Institute and my hygiene certification from Pima Community College.
I have been a member of the Dedicated Dental family since 2003 and I greatly enjoy what I do because it provides a great service to the Tucson community. I appreciate all of my patients and consider them my friends. Knowing that my patients leave my chair with a brighter and healthier smile provides me a great sense of satisfaction.
When I am not helping patients, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to music and going to the movies.
Rosie Bustamante
I was born in Southern California but moved to Tucson in 1990. In 1991 I started working at Dedicated Dental as a receptionist. I worked my way up to management and am proud to have been able to spend 28 years with the same amazing company! I enjoy my job because my coworkers and patients have become like family to me. I love our patients and look forward to making sure each of them has an enjoyable experience during their dental visits.
I have 2 children, 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. I enjoy movies, music, and spending time with my family and friends.
